  3. Apartment 1901/C: Located on the 19th floor, this 1,100 sq ft apartment fetched ₹3.52 crore. The transaction included a stamp duty of ₹21.12 lakh and one car parking space.

  4. Duplex Apartments 1801/B & 1901/B: This combined duplex unit spans 1,985 sq ft across the 18th and 19th floors and was sold for ₹6.35 crore. The buyer paid a stamp duty of ₹31.75 lakh, and the property comes with two car parking spaces.
